By using this website or reporting tool, you agree to these Terms of Use.

The website provides information about SoCal Desert Cleanup’s nonprofit mission, programs, donations, volunteering, partnerships, and illegal-dumping documentation. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated without notice.

The reporting tool is for documenting suspected illegal dumping. It is not an emergency service, law-enforcement report, municipal service request, or guarantee that SoCal Desert Cleanup will inspect or clean a location. Do not enter unsafe areas, trespass, touch hazardous materials, confront anyone, or place yourself or others at risk to make a report. Call 911 for emergencies and contact the appropriate public agency for active crimes, fire, spills, or immediate hazards.

You agree to provide information in good faith, avoid knowingly false or unlawful submissions, and upload only photographs or information you have the right to share. Do not submit confidential information, malicious code, unlawful content, or content that invades another person’s privacy.

All site text, graphics, logos, and original materials are owned by SoCal Desert Cleanup or used with permission and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission, except as allowed by law.

Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. SoCal Desert Cleanup does not control those services and is not responsible for their content or practices.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and reporting tool are provided “as is.” SoCal Desert Cleanup is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. These terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
